The RD132 is equipped with intermeshing, spiral rubber-on-rubber or steel-on-steel conditioning rollsThe RD162 and RD182 are equipped with intermeshing, spiral rubber-on-rubber, steel-on-steel or Hi-Contact conditioning rollsConditioning rolls provide 102 in. wide (2.6 m) superior crimping action for faster drydown in both light and heavy cropsRugged construction allows the rolls to endure the higher crop volume and faster ground speeds typical of a rotary disc headerFor crops that don't require conditioning, the conditioning roll module on RD162 and RD182 can be removed easily. Or, the type of conditioning rolls can be changed to match the crop you're cutting. Exchanging conditioning modules takes about 15 minutes. Just use the windrower lift arms to remove or install the conditioner roll module.
