Seedbed Preparation: Tiger-Mate® 200 Field Cultivator

The Case IH Tiger-Mate® 200 field cultivator and Crumbler 110 seedbed finisher team up to create a firm, level seedbed that provides an optimum growing environment. The result:

Earlier planting. Warming the soil allows it to dry down more quickly, so you can plant earlier and benefit from a longer growing season.

Faster germination and greater yield. The Tiger-Mate® 200 field cultivator creates greater soil tilth, with proper pore and soil aggregate size and distribution in the seed zone. The resulting seed-to-soil contact allows for faster germination, uniform crop emergence and greater yield.

Proven, standard Tiger-Mate® 200 features:

  • Positive, mechanical depth control for uniform depth
  • Walking tandems on the mainframe and each wing section
  • Stabilizing wheels on each wing section
  • Five-rank shank layout with 3 x 4 in. (76 x 102 mm) tubing side-to-side and 2 x 2 in. (51 x 51 mm) tubing front-to-rear. Lap welds increase strength and extend frame life.
